They are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Sales and Marketing Officer Location: Futo Axis, Imo Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The successful candidate will execute sales strategies, achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business. As we continue to expand our market presence, we are looking for energetic, target-driven and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Officers to grow our customer base and strengthen our brand. The Sales & Marketing Officer will be responsible for driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships and increasing market penetration for Dezzy Fountain Water. Key Responsibilities: Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports. Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts. Prepare and implement sales plans for assigned territories. Identify and develop new customers, distributors and retail outlets. Participate in promotional campaigns, product launches and marketing events. Follow up on customer enquiries, orders and payments. Represent the company professionally and uphold its values at all times. Ensure proper product visibility and availability within assigned territories. Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities. Promote and sell Dezzy Fountain Water to individuals, businesses and institutions. Requirements: B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or any related discipline. Valid driver's licence and ability to drive is an added advantage. Minimum of two (2) years' experience: in sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG, food, beverage or bottled water industry. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow customer accounts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Skills & Competencies: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Good planning and organisational skills. High level of integrity and professionalism. Self-motivated, resilient and result-oriented. Customer-focused with a passion for sales.
