The role requires strong analytical capabilities, leadership competence, and extensive experience: in accounting operations within a structured business environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports. Manage the company's accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and tax requirements. Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records. Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies. Monitor internal controls and recommend improvements where necessary. Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
