The role owns the entire customer lifecycle, from prospecting and sales through onboarding, account management, renewals, upselling, etc. Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Mid level Experience: Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Business Development & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, telemarketing, emails, networking, referrals, events, and digital channels. Research target markets, organisations, and decision-makers. Generate and qualify leads. Build strategic relationships with prospective customers and partners. Sales & Customer Acquisition: Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer needs. Present EnrolWeb's products and solutions. Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers. Negotiate and close new business opportunities. Meet assigned revenue and customer acquisition targets. Account Management: Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned customer accounts.
