The successful candidates will be responsible for monitoring drilling parameters, analyzing drill cuttings and gas readings, and providing real-time geological and drilling data to support safe and efficient well operations. Key Responsibilities: Calibrate and maintain mudlogging equipment and sensors Detect and interpret hydrocarbon shows (gas readings, fluorescence, cut, etc.) Monitor for early kick/well-control indicators and alert the drilling team promptly Monitor and record drilling parameters (ROP, WOB, RPM, mud flow, pressure, etc.) using mudlogging unit equipment Collect, wash, describe, and analyze drill cuttings and formation samples Ensure compliance with HSE standards at all times Maintain accurate lithology logs and generate daily geological/drilling reports Liaise with the drilling crew, mud engineers, and company representatives on-site Requirements: Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
