The Alpha Regional Coordinator will lead the growth and impact of Alpha across Calabar by building and strengthening relationships with churches, ministry leaders, and community organizations. The successful candidate will be a proactive relationship-builder with a passion for community transformation, stakeholder engagement, and equipping others to create lasting impact. The role is responsible for promoting and coordinating Alpha Courses, supporting partner organizations, developing volunteers, organizing training and outreach activities, and ensuring effective programme delivery. Key Responsibilities: Identify opportunities for regional growth and increased programme participation. Monitor programme performance, track key metrics, and prepare periodic reports. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with churches, ministries, and community organizations. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and strengthen relationships with key partners. Provide guidance and ongoing support to partner organizations implementing Alpha. Organize training sessions, workshops, outreach programmes, and volunteer engagement activities. Represent the organization at meetings, events, and networking opportunities as required. Promote, coordinate, and support the delivery of Alpha Courses and related initiatives. Ideal Candidate Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities. Willingness to travel within the assigned region. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve targets. Passion for leadership development, community transformation, and faith-based initiatives.
