The successful candidate will act as a key point of coordination between the flight crew, cabin crew, ground handling teams, engineering, catering, passenger services, ramp operations, and other relevant stakeholders to support safe and efficient aircraft departures. Enugu Air is seeking a highly organized and operationally focused Turnaround Coordinator to coordinate all ground activities required to ensure the safe, efficient, and timely turnaround of aircraft. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with Passenger Services, Ramp Operations, Engineering, Cabin Services, Catering, Fuel, and other service providers. Support the achievement of the airline's On-Time Performance (OTP) targets. Ensure baggage loading and unloading activities are properly coordinated and completed on schedule. Coordinate all activities associated with aircraft arrival, turnaround, and departure. Monitor passenger boarding and disembarkation activities to support on-time departures. Monitor turnaround timelines and ensure all activities are completed within the required schedule. Maintain accurate turnaround records and prepare relevant operational reports. Perform other duties as assigned by the Ground Operations Manager or designated management personnel. Act as the central point of coordination for all turnaround activities at the station. Ensure compliance with applicable NCAA regulations, airport procedures, and company policies. Coordinate aircraft cleaning, catering, fueling, water servicing, and other ground support activities. Qualifications & Experience: Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND. Previous experience: coordinating aircraft turnarounds is highly desirable. NYSC: Evidence of completion or exemption from the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme Knowledge of aircraft turnaround procedures and ground handling processes is an advantage. Good understanding of airport and airline ground operations. Must have 2–3 years' relevant experience: in airline operations, airport ground handling, ramp operations, passenger services, or a related aviation environment.
