Manage the helpdesk, provide first-level technical assistance to staff in line with predefined policies and procedures, and maintain the organisation's network infrastructure. Ensure the setup and maintenance of employees’ telephone system, Active Directory accounts, Exchange mailboxes, remote access security, network file storage and other appropriate systems. Oversee the management and troubleshooting of network and internet connectivity throughout the organisation. Ensure proactive monitoring of all network devices, services, and servers using a combination of tools to ensure high availability. Recommend new technology that benefits the employees of the organisation. Ensure periodic activity reports are prepared for the Head, Information Technology. Requirements: B.Sc./HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any other related field. Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in Network Infrastructure Management. Professional Certifications in CCNP, MCSE, RHCA, ITIL V4 Foundation or equivalents. Proven strong experience in designing, implementing, managing and optimising enterprise network infrastructure and data centre networks.
