As the Head of Finance, you will provide strategic leadership for the company's finance function, overseeing financial planning, fundraising, treasury, reporting, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, investment analysis, and long-term financial planning Oversee treasury, cash flow, working capital, financial reporting, cost management, and capital allocation to ensure liquidity, profitability, and operational efficiency Establish robust internal controls and ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements: while proactively managing financial risks Lead fundraising and financing initiatives, managing relationships with banks, investors, financial institutions, and other funding partners to secure debt and equity capital for business expansion Provide strategic financial advice to executive management and the Board, support expansion and investment decisions, and lead the finance team to deliver accurate and timely financial insights Requirements: Demonstrated experience: in fundraising, debt management, investor/bank relationships, treasury, financial modelling, investment analysis, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
