Key Responsibilities: Receiving and Inspection: Receive and inspect incoming spare parts for accuracy, quantity, and quality. Report any discrepancies or damages promptly to the supervisor. Storage and Organization: Ensure proper stacking and categorization based on part type and usage. Organize and store spare parts in an orderly, labeled, and accessible manner. Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy. Maintain accurate inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Dispatch and Delivery: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts. Coordinate the picking, packing, and dispatch of spare parts to service teams, branches, or customers. Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure all activities comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports on stock levels, damages, delivery status, and stock movements. Keep records of all warehouse transactions and documentation.
