The candidate must be currently working on the island within a financial institution with strong experience: in marketing. We are seeking a business-oriented and result-driven marketing officer to oversee the company’s ongoing marketing operation. Responsibilities: Maintain and update the company website and social media accounts. Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and support business development. Plan and coordinate promotional events, sponsorships, and brand activations. Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives. Work closely with the team lead to develop and implement the company’s strategic goals and objectives Oversee the production of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, etc.). Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities. Requirements: & Qualifications Excellent marketing, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Strong financial acumen and experience: with budgeting, forecasting, marketing, and performance management. An MBA or master’s Degree within this field is an added advantage. Experience: working in a banking sector is required. Experience: working with a commercial bank or any financial services. A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. The candidate must have a good understanding of financial regulations, lending, blockchain, digital payment, or related sectors.
