Ensure employees comply with company policies, procedures, and standards. Monitor employee performance and coordinate probation reviews, appraisals, and performance improvement plans. Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including job postings, CV screening, interviews, assessments, and onboarding. Develop and maintain effective HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines. Promote a positive, professional, productive, and respectful workplace culture. Prepare HR reports and provide management with insights on employee performance, attendance, turnover, and other HR metrics. Strong documentation and record-keeping skills. 3–5 years of progressive experience: in Human Resources, preferably in a managerial or supervisory HR role. Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent is an added advantage. Proven experience: handling disciplinary procedures and employee grievances. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
