The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, growing our online community, increasing brand visibility, and supporting the company's marketing and communication objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms. Manage the company's social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly. Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience engagement. Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative strategies to improve online presence. Create basic graphics, videos, and other digital content for marketing campaigns. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using relevant analytics tools. Collaborate with internal teams to promote company activities, products, and services. Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand identity and communication guidelines. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience: managing social media accounts for a business or brand. Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter). Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of social media analytics and content performance reporting. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
