Supervise and coordinate lounge staff to ensure excellent service delivery. Ensure outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction. Manage opening and closing procedures. Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and operational reports. Coordinate entertainment schedules, events, and nightlife activities. Enforce company policies, operational standards, and safety procedures. Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
