We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team in Ibeju-Lekki. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential customers. Achieve agreed sales KPIs, revenue targets, and customer acquisition objectives. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable industry standards. Negotiate commercial terms with customers within approved company guidelines. Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales documentation as required. Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management. Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and other relevant business engagements. Conduct regular market research to identify customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Present and promote the company’s products and services to prospective and existing customers. Monitor customer feedback and resolve sales-related issues promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities. Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities to drive conversion. Requirements: & Qualifications Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM/sales management tools. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work in Ibeju-Lekki and travel to meet customers when required. Strong commercial awareness, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good understanding of sales processes, market analysis, and customer acquisition strategies. Experience: in manufacturing, industrial, construction, building materials, steel, or related sectors will be an added advantage. 2–6 years of proven experience: in sales, business development, or a related commercial role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
