We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with strong expertise in C# and .NET to design, build and maintain scalable backend systems and services. The ideal candidate has experience: building production-grade applications and APIs and understands how to develop systems that are reliable, secure and maintainable. You should be comfortable taking ownership of backend solutions from system design through development, testing and deployment. Key Responsibilities: Work with relational and non-relational databases to build reliable and efficient data solutions. Collaborate with engineers, product teams and clients to understand requirements: and deliver effective technical solutions. Troubleshoot complex application and production issues and identify and resolve their root causes. Improve existing systems to enhance performance, reliability, security and maintainability. Take ownership of backend solutions from requirements: gathering and system design through development, testing and deployment. Design and develop RESTful APIs and services that support internal and external applications. Integrate backend services with third-party systems, APIs and other applications where required. Participate in technical interviews and client-facing technical discussions. Work effectively with remote and distributed engineering teams across different time zones. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback to maintain high engineering standards. Take ownership of assigned projects and deliverables while meeting agreed timelines and quality standards. Participate in system architecture and design discussions and make sound technical decisions based on project requirements.
