Over the years, we have worked with reputable 3-5 star hotels across the nation providing business solutions in the hospitality industry and we have earned ourselves as one of the emerging hospitality management company committed to seeing our clients satisfied, hence our slogan ‘Thinking Beyond Boundaries.’ We are recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below: Job Title: Personal Driver Location: Lugbe / Lokogoma, Abuja Employment Type: Full-time Reports Directly to: MD Main Function Able to drive safely and efficiently. Driver Duties and Responsibilities: Keep the vehicle spotless in both exterior and interior appearance. Plan routes efficiently to minimize travel time and ensure punctuality. Follow the standard route and reporting schedule at all times. Safely drive the MD to and from meetings, events, and appointments as scheduled. Able to keep a record of all the incidents while driving, for example, any accidents or road safety fines. Handle basic vehicle troubleshooting and promptly report mechanical issues. Maintain proper records of the trip starting and ending kilometers or miles. Able to comply with all the traffic/ road rules and regulations of FCT while also following the policies of the hotel authorities. Assist with errands, airport pick-ups/drop-offs, and logistics coordination as needed. Dress in corporate at all times. English suites, of white shirt with tie. Slow down and wind down windows when approaching a check point. Wash and clean the car and ensure that vehicle checks is done before starting the engine. Obey all traffic and driving regulations like speed limit etc at all times. Should follow all designated S.O.Ps for any vehicle breakdowns and accidents. Able to drive safely and efficiently. Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and serviced regularly. Responsible to park the car at designated parking areas and also follow the parking policy. Maintain confidentiality of all discussions, routes, and engagements. Maintain courteous and professional interaction with the MD, guests, and other team members. Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and trips. In charge of the maintenance of his vehicle service dues, cleaning, keeping, and running condition.
