What You'll Do Expense & Payment Processing Review and process expense requests in line with approved policies and procedures. Check expense requests for appropriate approvals and supporting documentation. Ensure approved requests are processed accurately and within agreed timelines. Follow up with relevant teams on incomplete documentation or outstanding requests. Maintain proper records of processed requests. Accounting & Transaction Posting Post routine financial transactions into the accounting system accurately and on a timely basis. Ensure transactions are posted to the appropriate GL accounts and cost centres. Support the Finance team in identifying and correcting posting errors. Bank Reconciliation Prepare regular bank reconciliations for assigned bank accounts. Investigate reconciling items and follow up with relevant teams to resolve them. Ensure outstanding items are properly documented and tracked to resolution. Financial Schedules & Reporting Prepare and maintain assigned financial schedules and supporting workings. Assist with month-end closing activities. Provide supporting information for management reports and financial analysis. Assist with reviewing account balances and investigating unusual movements. Audit Support Provide supporting documents and schedules required for internal and external audits. Assist in responding to routine audit queries. Track outstanding audit requests and follow up with relevant stakeholders where necessary. Ensure audit documentation is properly maintained and easily accessible. General Finance Support Assist with other accounting and finance activities as required. Support the Finance team in maintaining accurate and complete financial records. Contribute to the improvement of Finance processes and procedures. Requirements: What You Bring Good accounting fundamentals. At least 2-4 years' work experience: Strong attention to detail.
