The successful candidate will also lead the Risk & Compliance team, drive a strong culture of compliance and accountability, engage with regulators and external assurance bodies, and provide strategic risk and compliance advice to support business growth and sustainability. Key Requirements: Minimum of 10 years’ experience: in risk management, internal control and compliance. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or a related discipline. Relevant professional qualification such as ICAN, ACCA, CIA, CFE , or equivalent. Strong experience: in designing and implementing risk and control frameworks. Experience: in compliance, audit, internal controls, investigations and regulatory engagement. Strong strategic thinking, commercial awareness, stakeholder management and leadership skills. Experience: in IT systems audit and risk management is desirable.
