The role involves teaching both theoretical and hands-on sessions, assessing student performance and updating course. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 1 year Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 8 to 5 Applicant Location: Ibadan & Oyo State, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and practical training sessions across various technology courses. Develop lesson plans, presentations, practical exercises, projects, and assessments. Teach both beginner and advanced learners using industry best practices. Mentor students throughout their learning journey and career development. Monitor student attendance, participation, assignments, and overall performance. Evaluate students through quizzes, projects, practical assessments, and examinations. Provide timely feedback and academic support to students. Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and assessment reports. Continuously update training materials based on emerging technologies and industry demands. Organize coding challenges, hackathons, workshops, webinars, and tech seminars. Supervise capstone projects and portfolio development. Collaborate with the curriculum and academic teams to improve learning outcomes. Prepare weekly and monthly training reports. Ensure a positive, inclusive, and collaborative learning environment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field with readiness to learn on the job. Professional certifications in relevant technology fields are an added advantage. Minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching, training, or working in the technology industry. Experience delivering both online and physical training sessions. Excellent teaching, presentation, and facilitation skills. Strong technical expertise in one or more technology disciplines. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms. Classroom management and student engagement skills. Curriculum development and instructional design. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and analytical thinking. Time management and organizational skills. Team collaboration and leadership. Passion for technology and continuous learning.
