Station Management: Setting up, maintaining, and closing down workstations, including cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, tools, and equipment. Dietary Accommodations: Adapting recipes and preparing specialized dishes to meet customer dietary needs or allergy requests. Make cakes, cookies, pies, breads, and plated desserts using exact recipes. Inventory & Stock Control: Monitoring ingredient stock levels, reporting shortages to the chef, and rotating stock to reduce waste. Collaboration: Working with the kitchen team to coordinate orders and assisting other staff when required.
