Supervise kitchen, packing, dispatch, and other operational staff. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health regulations. Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth workflow. Conduct regular stock counts and minimize wastage, spoilage, and pilferage. Ensure all customer orders are prepared accurately, promptly, and according to company standards. Monitor order delays, cancellations, complaints, and refunds and take corrective action. Monitor food quality, portion sizes, presentation, and consistency. Coordinate with delivery riders and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery. Schedule staff shifts and ensures adequate staffing during peak periods. Ensure recipes and standard operating procedures are strictly followed. Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Monitor food costs, labour costs, operational expenses, and other key performance indicators. Manage stock levels and ensure proper storage and handling of food items and packaging materials. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field with 3 – 5 years of relevant experience: in restaurant, food service, kitchen, or hospitality operations, preferably in a delivery/ghost kitchen environment.
