Key Responsibilities: Administrative & General Office Management: Manage and optimize the Chairman's calendar to ensureeffective prioritization and avoid conflict of schedules. Answer calls, reply/screen emails, and manage in-person appointments. Act proactively and flag issues that require Executive attention. Communication & Correspondence: Manage communication and correspondence as directed. Prepare meeting notes, executive summaries, speeches, and talking points as advised. Strong IT proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, virtual meeting platforms, and project management tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
