Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including flyers, graphics, videos, articles, and promotional materials. Execute email marketing campaigns and online promotional activities. Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and other digital platforms and monitor campaign performance. Increase online engagement, website traffic, and conversion rates. Generate qualified leads through digital marketing campaigns, networking, referrals, cold calling, and direct marketing. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for client engagement, content creation, and internal collaboration. Relevant experience: in sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management in a training, education, or professional services environment is beneficial. Familiarity with email marketing tools, CRM systems, and basic graphic design or content creation tools is an added advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred. Ability to work on-site in Ikeja, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet targets within defined timelines.
