Our client is seeking a competent and experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon. Responsibilities: Supervise, coordinate, and support salon staff to ensure high standards of performance and professionalism. Maintain basic operational records and provide relevant updates to management. Welcome customers, understand their service needs, and direct them to the appropriate stylist or service section. Coordinate customer flow, appointments, and service schedules to minimise waiting time and ensure a positive customer experience. Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the salon to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to management when necessary. Monitor the availability of salon supplies and communicate replenishment needs to management. Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and compliance with salon procedures. Ensure the salon environment, equipment, and workstations are clean, organised, and properly maintained.
