Supervise and train farm workers to ensure compliance with operational procedures. Oversee day-to-day poultry farm operations (brooding, feeding, vaccination, growth monitoring). Ensure proper biosecurity measures and strict hygiene standards across the farm. Monitor bird health, identify early signs of disease, and coordinate veterinary interventions. Keep accurate records of production, mortality, feed consumption, and sales. Manage inventory, budgeting, cost control, and reporting. Work with management to achieve production targets and improve efficiency Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines.
