The role will support recruitment, onboarding, employee management, documentation and overall workforce coordination. Key Responsibilities: Handle employee queries and follow up on HR-related issues and concerns. Manage day-to-day HR activities for resources across the assigned locations. Support payroll collation by ensuring accurate employee and attendance information. Ensure compliance with company and client HR policies and processes. Coordinate employee movements, replacements, transfers and exits. Support recruitment, screening, onboarding and documentation of new resources. Maintain accurate employee records and provide timely HR updates and reports. Monitor employee attendance, performance, conduct, welfare and probation. Liaise with employees, supervisors and client representatives on HR matters. Requirements: 1–3 years' HR experience: is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. Bachelor's Degree / HND in HR, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Ability to manage multiple locations and follow up effectively. Salary N190,000 - N220,000 / month.
