Mapping: Create highly detailed site plans, topographic maps, and legal descriptions for project stakeholders. Set Out Construction Sites: Mark reference points, control lines, and construction features (e.g., foundations, roads, utilities) based on architectural and engineering drawings. Fieldwork: Operate advanced equipment like total stations,GPS units, and dronesto measure distances, angles, and elevations. Conduct Land Surveys: Perform accurate field measurements using surveying instruments (e.g., total stations, GPS, levels, drones) to determine property boundaries, elevations, and construction layout. Documentation & Records: Maintain accurate and organized records of all survey work, including field notes, calculations, and digital files Verify Site Conditions: Monitor and confirm the accuracy of construction work in relation to design specifications and legal boundaries.
