The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web applications across both the front-end and back-end. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications. Build intuitive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies. Develop and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and databases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features. Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Integrate third-party services and APIs where required. Participate in software testing, deployment, and maintenance activities. Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Timely delivery of assigned development tasks. Code quality and adherence to best practices. System uptime and application performance. Bug resolution turnaround time. Successful deployment of new features. Team collaboration and contribution to technical improvements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 3–5 years of experience: in full stack web development. Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Experience: with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Experience: with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), PHP (Laravel), Java (Spring Boot), or .NET. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services. Experience: working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB). Familiarity with Git and version control systems. Understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile/Scrum. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience: with microservices architecture. Familiarity with automated testing frameworks. Knowledge of DevOps practices is an added advantage.
