The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing, interpreting, and presenting business data to support effective decision-making and improve the company’s distribution and operations Min Qualification: HND Experience: Level: Entry level Experience: Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - Flexible Hours Applicant Location: Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Collect, organise, clean, and analyse data from various business operations. Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Analyse sales, inventory, distribution, customer, and operational data. Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement using available data. Create and maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, and data visualisations. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide management insights. Assist management in making data-driven business decisions. Identify inconsistencies or errors in data and ensure data accuracy. Work closely with sales, logistics, inventory, and other departments to obtain and analyse relevant information. Perform other data-related duties as assigned by management. Requirements: Minimum of an HND in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Accounting, or a related field. Previous experience: in data analysis, preferably within a distribution, FMCG, retail, logistics, or related industry. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques. Ability to work with large amounts of data and produce accurate reports. Knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Power BI is an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
