Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives. Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance regularly. Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Develop and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
