Key Responsibilities: Identify production delays or issues and escalate them promptly for resolution. Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation using ERP and MS Office 365. Coordinate export-related production requirements, packaging, labeling, and branding specifications. Liaise with production, warehouse, quality, branding, and other relevant teams to meet production schedules. Monitor production progress and ensure orders are completed according to required standards and timelines. Ensure production activities comply with company quality, safety, and operational standards. Coordinate daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient output. Work closely with the production floor and provide regular updates to management. Track materials, production inputs, and finished goods to support efficient workflow. Requirements: Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills. 3–5 years’ experience: in production coordination within a manufacturing environment. Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple production priorities. HND or higher in Engineering, Production Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: with export production, branding, packaging, or labeling is an added advantage. Strong ERP proficiency is mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong MS Office 365 proficiency is mandatory, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to work effectively in a floor-based production environment.
