The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and clients while ensuring smooth front-desk and administrative operations. We are seeking a professional, courteous, and experienced Front Desk Officer to work in a hospital environment. Key Responsibilities: Direct patients and visitors to the appropriate departments or healthcare professionals. Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and professional standards. Assist with billing, payment enquiries, and HMO-related processes where required. Maintain proper records, logs, and front-desk reports. Coordinate patient flow and communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, laboratory, pharmacy, accounts, and other departments. Welcome and attend to patients, visitors, and clients professionally and courteously. Register patients and accurately maintain patient records and documentation. Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information. Manage incoming calls, enquiries, emails, and appointments. Provide general administrative support to the hospital. Keep the reception area organized, clean, and welcoming. Verify patient/HMO information and ensure proper documentation. Handle patient complaints and enquiries professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Requirements: Must be willing to work according to hospital schedules and operational requirements. Previous experience: handling patients and hospital front-desk operations. Must be organized, professional, presentable, and patient-focused. Good customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy hospital environment.
