KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the day-to-day operations of all hotel departments to ensure excellent service delivery. Lead, supervise, and motivate departmental heads and staff to achieve operational goals. Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing complaints and improving service quality. Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth while maintaining operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations and implement policies that promote continuous improvement. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Hotel Manager, preferably in a reputable hotel. Strong leadership, financial management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational abilities. Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
