The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet business and client requirements. This role is ideal for professionals with 2–4 years of experience in application development who are passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Develop, build, configure, customise, integrate, and unit test software solutions based on approved functional and technical specifications. Design and implement technology solutions that address business and client requirements. Participate in peer reviews of technical designs and provide constructive feedback. Develop assigned solution components in accordance with established coding standards and best practices. Ensure all developed solutions meet functional, technical, security, and quality requirements. Perform unit testing and support system integration testing to ensure solution reliability. Deliver assigned tasks within agreed timelines, quality standards, and project budgets. Build secure applications in line with enterprise security standards and industry best practices. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Requirements Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. 2–4 years of relevant experience in application development. Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience working in Agile development environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of application architecture and software design principles. Ability to work collaboratively while delivering high-quality solutions within defined timelines. Technical Skills: Applicants should possess practical experience with most of the following technologies: JavaScript TypeScript React C# .NET Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) PostgreSQL Python (working knowledge).
