We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Care Worker (Mental Health Rehabilitation) Location: Lekki, Lagos Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Worker to join our mental health rehabilitation team in Lekki. The successful candidate will work closely with nurses and clinicians to provide safe, empathetic, and attentive care to patients using our mental health services. Key Responsibilities: Support nurses and clinicians in the safe delivery of patient care Support patients during therapeutic and recreational activities Welcome new patients and help them settle into a friendly, supportive environment Carry out other duties as assigned by nurses or clinicians Assist with de-escalation and safe management of aggressive or distressed patients when necessary Ensure patient safety at all times, both within the facility and during external activities Accurately and promptly complete observation charts and handover documentation Assist in providing personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming) under nursing guidance Monitor and report facility maintenance needs (electrical appliances, damages, repairs) Supervise cleaning and upkeep of patient rooms and shared spaces What We're Looking For Willingness to work shifts. Strong observational skills and attention to detail Compassionate, patient, and able to remain calm under pressure Previous experience: in care work, healthcare support, or a related field (mental health experience: an advantage) Good teamwork and communication skills Salary N70,000 - N80,000 monthly.
