The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining proper reconciliation records across various accounts and payment channels. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between internal records and external statements. Review daily transactions and ensure accurate posting and classification. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation reports. Track outstanding and unidentified transactions and ensure timely resolution. Liaise with banks, payment processors, finance, operations, and other relevant teams to resolve reconciliation issues. Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for all reconciliations.
