Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with production or operations teams to minimize equipment downtime. Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance personnel. Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians and contractors. Recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Ensure timely repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Inspect equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs. Monitor inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies. Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and equipment history. Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
