The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our real estate properties, generating leads, engaging prospective clients, conducting property presentations and inspections, and converting prospects into successful sales. We are seeking a driven, confident, and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Marketer to join our growing real estate team in Abuja. Key Responsibilities: Stay informed about the company's properties, pricing, payment plans, and market trends. Generate new leads through networking, referrals, social media, field marketing, and other channels. Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities. Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong client relationships. Market and promote the company's real estate properties and investment opportunities. Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable properties. Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets. Conduct property inspections and presentations for interested clients. Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property transactions. Requirements: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's degree or relevant experience. Must be comfortable with field marketing and meeting prospective clients. Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
