Key Responsibilities: Achieve assigned marketing, patient acquisition, and revenue targets. Develop relationships with doctors, healthcare providers, organisations, and referral partners. Maintain accurate records and reports of marketing activities. Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Identify new business opportunities within the assigned market. Conduct market visits, outreach, and promotional activities. Build and maintain the hospital's referral network. Drive patient acquisition through field marketing activities. Develop corporate healthcare partnerships. Generate and convert qualified patient and business leads. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years hospital/healthcare marketing experience. Strong networking, communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented. OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline. Proven ability to generate patients and business opportunities. Must be comfortable with field marketing. Important location Requirement Strictly for applicants residing in Lagos State Applicants for this positions must reside within Mile 12, Agric, Ikorodu, and surrounding areas of Lagos State, with reasonable access to the hospital.
