The role combines commercial analytics, consulting, business development, and customer success, with responsibility for turning insights into revenue and measurable customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Develop reusable dashboards, analysis, and commercial playbooks. Drive platform adoption among distributors, retailers, and field teams. Analyse sales, distributor, retailer, order, stock, and field-force data to identify commercial growth opportunities. Coordinate with product, engineering, and operations teams to resolve customer issues. Manage key customer relationships and conduct regular business performance reviews. Identify and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities across products and services. Track portfolio revenue, customer retention, adoption, and other commercial KPIs. Develop business insights, models, dashboards, and recommendations to improve customer performance. Present findings and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders. Requirements: Strong Excel modelling skills and proficiency in SQL or BI tools. Strong commercial acumen with experience: in business development, account management, or revenue growth. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured-thinking abilities. Experience: in FMCG, distribution, retail, fintech, or related sectors is an advantage. 5-8 years' experience: in management consulting, strategy, commercial analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
