(THC), JSity, Gospel Line Network (GLN), and New Label TV, the organization is expanding and urgently seeks experienced and results-driven professionals to fill the position below: Job Title: Group Marketing Lead Location : Lekki, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Role Summary You will lead marketing for three products in the New Label Group: Your job is to build a holistic competitive marketing system that turns our content and products into results: views, subscribers, bookings, sign-ups, retention, and revenue. The House Studio (NLPS); so the studio stays visible, trusted, and consistently booked (bookings, memberships, Creator Clinic, events). The House Chronicles (THC) shows (and JSity launches when needed); so each episode/season drops like a real campaign that grows the audience. New Label TV; so people sign up, keep watching, and the platform grows (launch, adoption, retention). Roles / Responsibilities: Own strategy + positioning: Create simple standards/playbooks for campaigns, packaging, and brand consistency2. Market THC shows (launch + distribution) Drive community engagement around drops (prompts, lives, collaborations) Work with creative/production to package for discoverability (titles, thumbnails, descriptions) Build quarterly marketing plans tied to targets (growth, bookings, sign-ups, retention) Run marketing for show drops: teasers, trailers, key art, episode rollouts Build the release calendar and the clip/distribution plan Set clear positioning and messaging for THC, NLPS, and New Label TV Market the studio (bookings + programs + events): Run campaigns for studio rooms/services, memberships, Creator Clinic, and studio events Build proof assets (studio walkthroughs, testimonials, case studies, “Made Here” stories) Activate partnerships that bring bookings (agencies, brands, creators) Drive demand: inquiries → bookings → repeat customers Market New Label TV (launch + growth + retention): Drive sign-ups and retention with content previews, exclusives, and partnerships Support lifecycle messaging (email/WhatsApp/notifications where applicable) Work with the platform lead on funnels, onboarding, and growth experiments Lead go-to-market campaigns (pre-launch → launch → growth) Track performance and improve monthly: Keep marketing operations tight: calendars, briefs, trackers, reporting rhythm Own simple dashboards and weekly reviews across the three lanes Use data to adjust campaigns, content packaging, and distribution What Success Looks Like: The House Studio stays top-of-mind and bookings/utilization increase monthly THC show launches feel coordinated and grow steadily (views, retention, subscribers) Clear reporting cadence and visible ROI from marketing activity Creator Clinic programs fill consistently and boost visibility/demand New Label TV hits adoption targets and improves retention after launch Qualifications / Competencies Can run campaigns end-to-end (plan → execute → report) Commercial mindset (funnels, conversion, retention, partnerships) Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Business-related disciplines. Very organized and comfortable working fast with multiple stakeholdersLeadership and management skills to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team.
