We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Videographer / Video Content Creator Location: Maryland, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Role Summary We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer/Video Content Creator responsible for developing, shooting, editing, and producing high-quality video content that strengthens the brand, supports marketing campaigns, increases audience engagement, and contributes to measurable business growth across social media, digital, and offline channels. Key Responsibilities: Create trend-based and culturally relevant content that drives reach, engagement, and brand visibility. Develop creative and engaging video concepts aligned with the brand, products, campaigns, and marketing objectives. Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager and Brand & Growth Manager to develop content that supports campaign objectives and KPIs. Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for social media, advertising campaigns, and digital platforms. Ensure all video content aligns with the company's visual identity, tone, and brand guidelines. Produce product demonstrations, promotional videos, lifestyle content, behind-the-scenes footage, and customer- experience: videos. Develop performance-driven video advertisements designed to support customer acquisition and marketing campaigns. Manage multiple video projects while meeting agreed deadlines and quality standards. Cover in-store activities, events, activations, campaigns, and other brand-related experiences. Organise and maintain video footage, project files, raw materials, and other creative assets. Stay updated on emerging social media trends, video formats, editing styles, and content opportunities. Repurpose existing content into multiple formats and platform-specific versions. Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms. Edit videos using strong hooks, storytelling, pacing, music, sound effects, captions, transitions, and visual effects. Review video performance and audience insights to identify opportunities for improving future content. Required Skills & Qualifications Ability to create strong hooks and compelling visual narratives. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree Good understanding of camera operation, framing, composition, lighting, and audio recording. Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics tools is an added advantage. Strong visual storytelling and creative content development skills. A portfolio demonstrating previous video production and editing work is required. Ability to translate marketing objectives into creative and effective video concepts.
