Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement curriculum aligned with state and national standards. Encourage experimentation, creativity, and critical thinking. Teach various fine art disciplines (drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, etc.). Instruct students in art history, theory, and criticism. Classroom Management: Supervise students during classes, workshops, and projects. Maintain a safe, organized, and well-equipped art studio. Manage art supplies, materials, and equipment. Student Support: Encourage student participation in art exhibitions and competitions. Provide individualized guidance and feedback. Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment. Assessment and Evaluation: Maintain accurate records of student grades and progress. Evaluate student artwork, providing constructive feedback.
