Generate and manage leads through digital marketing, property listings, referrals, events, and other channels. Coordinate property promotions, open houses, exhibitions, realtor engagements, and other marketing activities. Negotiate with clients and support the team in closing property transactions. Develop and maintain a database of prospects, clients, and business partners. Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
