Min Qualification: Degree Experience: Level: Senior level Experience: Length: 5 years Language Requirement: English Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job descriptions & requirements: Responsibilities: Revenue & Fee Management: Prepare and distribute student bills and fee invoices accurately ahead of each school term. Track tuition payments, verify bank tellers/transfers, and issue official receipts. Manage debtor aging reports and enforce the school's fee collection policy. Reconcile student accounts and resolve parental queries regarding billing and balances. Budgeting & Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including cash flow statements. Support administrative management with budget planning, forecasting, and departmental cost control. Conduct regular bank reconciliations and monitor petty cash disbursements. Audit and verify all internal expense claims before processing payments. Payroll & Statutory Compliance: Process monthly staff payroll, ensuring accurate deductions for absences or advances. Manage and remit statutory deductions, including Pay-As-You-Earn (PAYE) tax and pensions. Ensure strict compliance with Lagos State internal revenue laws and educational financial regulations.
