Carry out HR audits, organizational reviews, and workforce assessments. Create and roll out HR policies, procedures, and staff handbooks. Build organizational structures, job descriptions, competency models, and career pathways. Establish performance management systems, KPIs, and appraisal processes. Design pay structures, conduct salary benchmarking, and develop grading systems. Advise clients on employee relations matters, disciplinary procedures, and HR best practices. Assist clients with recruitment and talent acquisition needs. Coordinate onboarding and orientation programmes for client organizations. Guide clients on compliance with Nigerian labour laws and HR regulations. Build succession planning and talent management frameworks. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor HR Associates.
