Design and rotate weekly menus featuring balanced, high-quality traditional dishes (Sichuan, Cantonese, Hunan, or Northern styles preferred). Oversee food inventory, local and imported ingredient sourcing, and kitchen stock management. Maintain clean, hygienic kitchen conditions and strict food safety compliance. Manage kitchen operations, equipment maintenance, and prep assistants efficiently. Qualifications & Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience: as a Chinese Chef in a corporate cafeteria, hotel, high-end restaurant, or expat residential facility.
