Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Lagos and Abuja property markets, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Requirements: Sound knowledge of the Lagos and Abuja real estate market, including key locations, property values, and trends. 2–3 years of proven sales experience: within the real estate industry, with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
