Manage human and material resources; recruit, train, and supervise department heads and instructors. Set and monitor KPIs; evaluate performance using MIS and metrics; provide weekly reports to the Business Head and timely reports to the Head Office. Devise and implement strategies to meet revenue, enrollment, and quality targets. Serve as the center’s chief marketing and sales lead to drive awareness and patronage. Ensure student satisfaction, retention, and academic quality in coordination with the Academic Head and other academic staff. Focus on student satisfaction, retention, and success, addressing concerns and feedback. Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure accurate financial records. Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, clients, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with our standards, policies, and reporting requirements. Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ proven experience: managing people in a structured organisation with similar operational scope; experience: in an academic/training setting is a strong advantage. Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in any discipline; MBA is an advantage. Proficient with computer applications, Management Information Systems (MIS), and common office tools. Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, and operational management skills. Results-oriented, with the ability to balance service quality and profitability. Remuneration: NGN 200,000 – 300,000 Monthly (negotiable). Benefit: Commission: 1.5% of gross revenue payable when the center meets a minimum monthly target of NGN5,000,000.
