Collaborate with the project and QA/QC teams to improve quality assurance processes. Support site teams by providing timely and reliable test results for construction quality decisions. Ensure that all laboratory activities adhere to company and regulatory HSE standards. Calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability. Prepare and maintain accurate laboratory records, test reports, and documentation. Requirements: Minimum of 6 years’ proven experience: as a Laboratory Technician within a construction or civil engineering environment. Relevant certifications in Materials Testing or Construction Taboratory Operations (e.g., COREN, NSE, NATE, or other recognized certification). Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills. Strong understanding of material testing procedures and applicable standards (BS, ASTM, EN). High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards.
